The reason why SweetFeast has everyone talking (besides the fact we use a hint of select brands of Liquors and Rum in all of our Cookies) is that we have a secret. It's called "Quality & Customer Feedback". O.K., that's two secrets. Needless to say it's our greatest recipe and guaranteed to please.
Over the past 10 years Chef Anthony noticed a great handful of customers asked for a softer biscotti so we started making the traditional hard and soft. The different kinds of biscotti have tea and coffee fans in a knot, because it's no longer about how many nuts can you put in a cookie. It's about the contrast, flavor of the cookie, and the tea and coffee pairings. Hunt has started a whole movement, pairing tea and coffee with cookie, like wine with cheese. Chef's future plans will provide a whole arsenal of flavors for those that love to indulge in the deep coffee & tea ritual.
